Insurance & Payment:
Our office is in-network for several insurance plans, including Aetna, Ameritas, MetLife, Delta Dental, HealthSmart, and Cigna.
Our office also accepts Medicaid and N.C. Health Choice.
As well, we can work with most major insurance plans out-of-network.
For patients who do not have insurance, payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, VISA, and Mastercard. If considerable dental treatment is planned, alternative payment plans are available, and are made on an individual basis.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Broken appointments with no notice and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible so that we may give that time to another patient.
Staying on Schedule:
We recognize that your time is valuable, and we try to stay on schedule every day. We understand that unexpected things may happen that prevent you from arriving on time. There also may be emergencies, or unexpected patient conditions that cause us to run behind schedule. As a courtesy to you, if this occurs, you will be informed so that you can decide whether or not you want to wait, or reschedule your appointment. If you are running late, we will decide when you arrive if there is enough time to complete your treatment in the alloted time. We do this out of courtesy to the patients scheduled after you.
